We kindly ask that all return or exchange requests be made within 3 days from the shipment arrival date. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
Eligibility
Exchanges are only available for the following cases:
- Items with a manufacturing defect
- Incorrect items shipped
- Size exchanges, subject to stock availability
All discounted items, including purchases made using promo codes, sale pricing, or loyalty points, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Item Condition
Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, with all labels attached, and must be:
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- Unwashed
- In perfect condition
Important Notes
Video proof is required for any complaint or claim.
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
For all other approved exchanges, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, including return shipping and reshipping costs.
Valid tracking information and shipping receipts must be provided for any return or exchange request to be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are allowed once per order only.
